Leadership
Close to the deal. Close to the work.
JETX is led by an owner-operator who believes investment judgment improves when decision-makers remain connected to the property itself.
Founder & principal
Leo Yukhimets
Leo is a Washington-based real-estate investor and licensed general contractor with more than 13 years of experience and approximately 300 residential value-add projects completed.
His background is rooted in acquisitions, renovation, construction oversight, furnished housing, rental operations, and problem-solving at the property level. He founded JETX Holdings to bring that hands-on operating discipline into commercial real estate.
Today, Leo’s focus is on value-add industrial and neighborhood retail properties, selective office opportunities, and manufactured-housing communities with vacancy or operational upside throughout Southwest Washington and the Portland metropolitan area.
- Acquisition and renovation experience across multiple market cycles
- Direct understanding of construction scope, cost, and execution risk
- Local knowledge of the Vancouver-Portland market
- Long-term orientation toward useful, durable real estate
How JETX works
Small team. Clear accountability.
JETX works with attorneys, lenders, brokers, engineers, contractors, leasing professionals, and operating partners as each transaction requires. The structure stays lean so responsibility is clear and decisions are timely.
Guiding principle
Say what the deal is, identify what can go wrong, and do the work required to earn the upside.
